Outside of the horns I saw it as a snake, and the the only serpent, or dragon serpent of your region I can think of is Quetzalcoatl. I am just not sue if this is a rendering form of yours on that, plus also like the tattoo that is running around its arm like a banner. It strikes me as traditional of its region though, nice work. :) :thumbsup:
