This individual is a female from the clan of Matile which protect Sector 1404 from trespassers. They lurk among the presence of trespassers and attack when given the opportunity.

You see, Sector 1404 may be a beautiful seemingly endless rain forest world, but to the eyes of a stranger, it is nothing but thick relentless mist. Trespassers wander around lost until they are either rescued or picked off by something. Those "somethings" are most probably these creatures. You could try running, but they will be waiting somewhere ahead. You could try climbing up a tree or rock face, but they will meet you at the top. You could try swimming or diving, but they will just pull you down into the depths. There is no escaping. Their species is yet to be studied, but I can conclude this. They are really great having around.

Trespassers beware.

It is a little hard to distinguish her legs from her tail in the back.

An interesting design, though. The daintiness of the eye extensions contrasts with the spike and har, thick armor of the body.

I don't know why, but she seem's depressed. It's like she knows some great evil she's done and greatly regrets it. Tired and weary from a great long journy. It's rather saddening. I'm intrieged by the possibilities here.
